Is my personal information secure on Jaypap?

Yes, your data is secure on Jaypap.
All cardholder details are wiped from our systems after each transaction.
Any data stored on Jaypap servers is securely encrypted using bank standard cybersecurity technology.
We use HTTPS which adds a layer of security on data in transit through a secure socket layer (SSL).
SSL certificates show that there is a secure connection between the browser and the web. They stop any third party invasion between the two.

Is it safe to use my card on Jaypap?

ORDERS

If I order multiple items will they all come in one parcel?

Due to the fact we have many warehouses, if there are multiple items in one order, each item will usually come in a separate parcel.

Will I receive a confirmation email, once my order has been placed?

After you have placed your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

Will I receive an email when my order has been dispatched?

Yes, we will email you again once your order has been dispatched.

When will you process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

How can I track my order?

If you have chosen free shipping, your parcel will not come with a tracking number. However you will still receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel has a tracking number, You can track the delivery of it using the tracking number on your delivery email.

Please note, sometimes the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it's been placed?

You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped already. Items will usually be shipped within 12 hours. However, if you cancel anytime before then, your funds will be returned via the method you paid within 2 days.

We do advice to double check that all information is correct before submitting your order.
You cannot make any changes to an order once you have placed it.

We try to respond to all customers queries within 24 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays.
All queries are answered in the order that they are received.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Do I have to pay import taxes?

You may have to pay customs duty on your order.
Please research the item destination countries government customs website to find out this information.

Do you ever cancel orders?

Occasionally, we may need to cancel your order for one or more of the following reasons:

Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot deliver to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Suspicious activity.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation and we will refund your original payment method with the appropriate amount.

Please note that for security reasons, we are not able to amend an order or address information once you have confirmed your order.

Please note as we generally process orders very quickly it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order once received in accordance with our RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Important information:
In order to avoid fraud, your billing name and address must match that of the bank issuers system. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not fit this requirement as well as any other order we deem suspicious.

DELIVERY

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Delivery times will be stated on the item description page.

Jaypap does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

When will my package be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of the purchase.
Your order will be shipped in accordance to the shipping options available at the warehouse.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas.

What if I’m not in when the delivery arrives?

If no-one is available, the delivery person will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements to pick up the item from your local depot.

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
