You cannot cancel an order with multiple items in. You can only cancel individual items because we post all items separately even if they are from the same order.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime up to 12 hours before they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you want to cancel it within this time frame, please contact us and include your name and the order number of the item(s)

If on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.            Jaypap is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns.


Please kindly note that if you make multiple returns you will have to send them in seperate parcels because we have different stock in different warehouses. After we have been made aware of the item(s) you want to return we will then provide seperate return addresses. 

Item Condition

We will only refund items that are returned in the condition you received it in. If there are any parts of an item missing you wont qualify for a refund.

You will be refunded 0 if you send us an empty package.

You will receive a refund in the following circumstances:

• If you don’t receive your order

• If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (30 business days)

• If your item is damaged or not as described.
In this circumstance we may ask you to send us photos as proof

Full refunds are unavailable under the following circumstances:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors that are within your control e.g. providing the wrong shipping address

• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control e.g. customs clear issues, bad weather or delayed by a natural disaster


Step 1 – Contact us

Please do not send your item(s) back to us unless we tell you to do so.

Contact us about the item(s) you want to return, please include your name and order number. We may ask you for photos as proof of the condition of your item.

If we accept your return, we will then provide you with an address (or more addresses for multiple items) to ship the return too.

When returning your item, please write your Name, Address and Order Number on a piece of paper and put it inside the parcel. If possible please include the packing slip.

Remember if you are returning multiple items you must put them in seperate parcels and send them to different addresses.

Step 2 – Posting parcel

When you return your parcel, please pack your returning item securely and properly sealed. Retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Step 3 – Refund

Following satisfactory checks on the condition of the item(s), a full refund will be processed.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds can take up to 3 days to complete.
